PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS

That’s right: you can buy a son of BWP Elite stallion Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof out of a full sister to the Olympic horse Gunder van de Pereboom. Le Blue Diamond (BWP dam line 69) jumped very creditably at a young age under the saddle of Jan Vermeiren, including during the finals of the BC and WC for 6-year-olds (2017) and the final of the BC for 7-year-olds (2018). In July 2019, Jan and Le Blue Diamond ranked 2nd in the final of the BVB Seniors. Shortly afterwards, Olivier Philippaerts took over the reins to write a sequel to the success story of Le Blue Diamond. Some highlights so far: bronze team medal at the European Championship in Riesenbeck, victory in the 5* GCL Play Off 1m60 in Prague, 7th in the 5* 1m60 GP of Hickstead, 7th in the 5* 1m55 GP of La Coruna and 11th in the 5* 1m60 GP of Rotterdam. Several descendants from Le Blue Diamond’s first vintage (°2015) are now performing at 1m45 level.

In 2017, Geert Storme participated in competitions for five-year-old showjumpers with Admiraal’s dam, Mira van de Pereboom (BWP dam line 94). In the basis courses Mira was always clear, in the jump-off she made only one mistake. In the same year she jumped in Moorsele, a contest organized by BWP Leiestreek, where she finished in 3rd place. She is a full sister to Gunder van de Pereboom. Gunder won the 5* GP in Doha, won gold at the Nations Cup in Abu Dhabi, ranked 2nd in the 5* GP of Monte Carlo and Miami, 2nd in the World Cup class in Doha and successfully participated in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Gunder is a full brother to Nauwsika van de Pereboom (5*, Niels Bruynseels) and the BWP approved stallion Offecier van de Pereboom. In 2022, Wadonna van de Pereboom was sold to Paul Van Den Bosch during the BWP Elite Foal Auction. Wondering who will buy Admiraal van de Pereboom.
