They are rare to find, let alone for sale: daughters of BWP ambassadors from well-bred BWP dam lines. This is very rarely possible, as thanks to this filly by Echo van ‘t Spieveld, crossed with proven showjumping blood from lineage 80. The breeder of Altesse has gone even further because he has also anchored the top BWP dam line 80 on sire’s side via Echo van ‘t Spieveld. Echo was already an eyecatcher at a young age: ex aequo winner at the Belgian Championship for 4-years-olds and finalist at the Belgian Championship for 5-year-olds, under the saddle of Kim Van Laenen. Afterwards, Niels Bruynseels competed Echo at the highest level, before the stallion was sold to the US, where he achieved further success at GP level. Today, several Echo descendants are active in the 5* circuit, such as Nikita VD Vosberg, Notre-Dame van ’t Roosakker, Nector VD Bisschop, Kheros van ’t Hoogeinde, Menko VD Wellington, etc. Thanks to his offspring, BWP ambassador Echo van ’t Spieveld belongs to the top 100 of the WBFSH sire ranking.
Altesse’s dam, Qu’elle Est Belle van ’t Zaveleinde, is a half-sister to the international 1m60 level GP performer Dempsey van ’t Paradijs (Ben Talbot), the approved stallion Comme Paradis Zaveleinde (CSIYH1*, Nick Vrins), Idool van ’t Zaveleinde (1m40 level) and Ohlala van ’t Zaveleinde (in turn the dam of the approved stallion Coup de Foudre 1919). The granddam of Qu’elle Est Belle, Tiffany van ’t Paradijs, jumped internationally and is known as the dam of Beckham van ’t Paradijs (finalist in Gesves as a 5 and 6-year-old and then competed internationally, in partnership with Ludo and Olivier Philippaerts). This dam line includes a whole series of 5* GP performers, such as Jeunesse van ’t Paradijs, Delux van T&L, Fame van de Plataan, Legolas ter Wilgen, Falco, Quinta, Casper, Gentille and Echo van ’t Spieveld, etc.
