PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS
Whoever makes the last bid for Maestro Storm Z will actually acquire a half-brother to the international 5* GP mare A Vie du Calvaire (by Wandor van de Mispelaere). Not only the dam(line) of Maestro Storm provides top showjumping blood, but also his sire, Mosito van het Hellehof. In partnership with Bernardo Alves, Mosito shows at the highest level that he carries top performance blood. Some highlights from his career so far: victory in the 4* GP in Vejer De La Frontera, victory in the 3* GP in Knokke and 2nd in the 5* GP in Knokke, 3rd in the 3* GP in Vilamoura, victory in a 4* 1m50 class in Montefalco, 3rd in the 4* GP in Montefalco and participation in the World Championship in Herning. Mosito also passes on his extreme showjumping qualities to his offspring. Five years later we saw 9 of his first vintage (°2016) in the final of the Belgian Championship for 5-year-old showjumpers in Gesves. In the meantime, a series of descendants from the above-mentioned vintage are already jumping at 1m45 level.
Nora du Calvaire, the dam of Maestro Storm, produced A Vie du Calvaire, with whom Julien Epaillard performed at 5* 1m60 level and Alexa Ferrer at 4* level. Fringant du Calvaire, a son of A Vie du Calvaire, formed a very successful combination in the international showjumping circuit with Fabienne Daigneux-Lange for many years. Through her daughter Una du Calvaire, Nora is also the granddam of the 5* GP and Nations Cup horse Chanel du Calvaire and the international performer I Easy D’or du Calvaire. The Cerano son Ahmed du Calvaire, a half-brother to Nora du Calvaire, has achieved good results in partnership with several Irish riders during international 5* tournaments. In short, a dam line in which a lot of performance is anchored.
