PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS
The auction stallion Tabasco 111 ST is the result of crossing the 5* Grand Prix stallion El Barone 111 Z with a ‘stallion dam’ from a well-bred dam line. El Barone 111 jumped into the spotlight at a young age. As a six- and seven-year-old he became vice champion of the Pavo stallion competition. Since 2021 this son of the BWP ambassador Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof is performing in the international five-star circuit, under the saddle of Malin Baryard-Johnsson.
Tabasco 111 ST is also very interestingly bred on the dam’s side. His dam Eileen 111 has the BWP Performance label and produced already two approved sons, namely Iceberg ST and Sportsman 111 ST. Sportsman 111 ST (°2018) is by the way a full brother to Tabasco 111 ST. Tabasco’s granddam, Lizette, obtained the Performance and Sport label in the KWPN and is best known as the dam of the BWP elite stallion Der Senaat 111. In partnership with Abdel Saïd, Der Senaat 111 collected several top ten places during World Cup classes, Nations’ Cups and Grands Prix. Several 4* and/or 5* showjumpers belong to this breeding family, such as Willem W, Germaine W and Coral Reef Wise Guy.
