PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS
The sire of Tarantino van het Bokt is Tsar Hero, who has three legends from the 1m60 circuit in his pedigree, successively Ogano Sitte, Libero H and Jalisco B. In partnership with the Belgian rider Wim Aegten, Tsar Hero achieved several classifications in 1m40 to 1m50 classes. Several descendants of Tsar Hero perform at high level, amongst them Tyson AZ, T-Raltes Z and Tamino A Z.
Via his dam, Cornetta Squalls Estate Z, Tarantino carries the performance blood of Cornet Obolensky (ex-Windows van het Costersveld), number 8 in the WBFSH ranking of the best showjumping progenitors in the world. Tarantino’s granddam, Roletta, performed in the international circuit (up to four-star level) and produced the showjumper No Mistake Squalls Estate (a half-brother to Cornetta Squalls Estate). The Olympic horse Amelia, the World Cup/GP horse Unex Timo IV and the 5* performer Visa Z (Denis Lynch) also belong to this successful breeding family.
