Under the saddle of Guido Bruyninx, he jumped very meritorious in the cycle. President was a finalist at the Belgian Championship for both the five-year-olds and the six-year-olds. President was also very valuable for breeding. He produced a series of top-class showjumpers, such as Venue d’Fees des Hazalles (5*, Eve Jobs), the European Championship horses Unique d’Elbé and U Watch, the five-star showjumper Napoli VH Nederassenthof, the World Cup horse El Diablo de la Ramonerie and the BWP elite stallion Der Senaat 111.
Jewel Vita-H, the dam of Unicum-H, is a daughter of Cicero (a BWP ambassador who is highly regarded as a supplier of excellent showjumpers) out of Evita-H, whose half-sisters produced several performers from the 1m60 circuit. Some names: Eros H (5*, Michael Withaker), Feigtling (Louise Saywell) and Demilio-H (5*, Dominique Shone). Unicum-H makes part of the BWP dam line 54. Several performers belong to this lineage, such as Dominant van ’t Heike, I’M Special van ’t Heike, Fiona van ’t Heike and many others.
