His sire, Ducati van Schuttershof, is by the progenitor Kashmir van Schuttershof, combined with a direct daughter of the legendary Qerly Chin (BWP dam line 34). Under the saddle of Gilles Thomas, Ducati has performed at international 1m50 to 1m55 level. Several sons of Ducati have now been approved as breeding stallions, including Sambuca JW van ’t Meulenhof, Porfavor HC, Duca Chin DK, Newcati and Tjo DC. The granddam of Vadrillo “S” is none other than the BWP elite dam Krisia, with whom Marc Van Dijck caused a furore in the international showjumping world. Krisia produced the approved stallion Uncas S, a half-brother to the dam of Vadrillo “S”. Uncas S achieved success at the highest level and even participated in the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Vadrillo “S” was sold as a foal during the BWP Elite Foal Auction and now has the chance of being approved as a breeding stallion and later following in the footsteps of his illustrious relatives Krisia and Uncas S.
