Thanks to Vatan DC and his owner, you can acquire a full brother to the BWP approved stallion Ruud D.C. and Seelord DC, who was sold during the 2021 BWP Top Stallion Auction. Their sire, By Cera d’Ick, is a genetic gem: Stakkato x the legendary Fein Cera (including team gold at the Olympic Games in Athens and individual bronze at the WEG in Jerez de la Frontera). A serious accident at a young age prevented By Cera d’Ick’s sports career. He does make a career as a breeding stallion: from his first vintage (°2015) Perseus de Muze was approved as a breeding stallion and a series of descendants jumps at 1m45 to 1m50 level. His offspring jump with a good technique, a lot of scope and caution.
My Lady Carthago, the dam of Vatan DC, successively combines three stallions in her pedigree that have participated in the Olympic Games, namely Mylord Carthago, Darco and Baloubet du Rouet. She has already produced her business card several times as a broodmare, including as the dam of the BWP approved stallion Ruud D.C., the 2016-born Quinto-Brick-DC (who performs at international 1m40 level) and the 2021 Top Stallion Auction stallion Seelord DC. They represent the BWP dam line 88, as well as the BWP elite dam Cheeda Fravanca and a series of international showjumpers, including Eurli Fravanca, Fin Chin Fravanca, Galoubet Fravanca, Idam Fravanca, Jetot Fravanca and Urbi Fravanca.
