The sire of this filly is BWP ambassador Wandor van de Mispelaere. In partnership with Grant Wilson and Richard Spooner, this Landor S son out of a For Pleasure dam performed up to and including international five-star level. It is obvious that Wandor is also very valuable for top sport. He has a long list of offspring that are causing or have caused a furore in the showjumping world. Some names: Goya VD Begijnakker (5*, Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann), Frühling van d’Avrije (5*, Lucy Deslauriers), Gladys (5*, Jonna Ekberg), Houston de Ninive (5*, David Raposa), Evita van de Veldbalie (5*, Daniel Deusser) and many others.

Vienna’s dam, Bonita V.D. Bokke, belongs to the Holstein lineage 4705, this is the breeding family of Catoki and Levantos I and II, amongst others. Bonita’s granddam, Inka VI, produced two performers from the international 1m60 circuit, namely Chiron S (5*, Rolf-Göran Bengtsson) and Castros (4*, Meredith Ellis).

 

Vienna was laurelled as the champion during the foal championship in Pittem.
