PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS

Interested in a stallion that is the result of bringing together two lineages that produced Olympic horses? Then you should definitely make the final bid for Vision van ’t Ruytershof, a half-brother to the approved BWP stallion True Color van ’t Ruytershof. By Cera d’Ick, the sire of Vision, is a genetic gem: Stakkato x the legendary Fein Cera (including team gold at the Olympic Games in Athens and individual bronze at the WEG in Jerez de la Frontera). A serious accident at a young age prevented By Cera d’Ick’s sports career. He does make a career as a breeding stallion: from his first vintage (°2015) Perseus de Muze was approved as a breeding stallion and a series of descendants jumps at 1m45 to 1m50 level. His offspring jump with a good technique, a lot of scope and caution.

Vision’s dam, Loreen van ’t Ruytershof, is light-footed, careful and modern. She has a lot of blood on top of that. In partnership with Elise Van den Branden, Loreen performed up to and including 1m45 level. Loreen won the final of ‘De Gouden Laars’ in 2021 and won silver at the Belgian championship for juniors in 2022. Loreen produced, among others, the BWP approved stallion True Color van ’t Ruytershof. Inathina, the dam of Loreen, jumped at 1m40 level under the saddle of Jos Verlooy and produced several outstanding international 1m60 level showjumpers, such as Luna van ’t Ruytershof (5*, Nicola Philippaerts), Messi van ’t Ruytershof (5*, Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann) and Missouri van ’t Ruytershof (5*, Pilar Lucrecia Cordon). Inathina’s dam is the former 5* GP mare Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof, a full sister to the Olympic stallion Emerald van ’t Ruytershof (BWP dam line 69).
