The BWP elite stallion Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof jumped into the spotlight at young age under the saddle of Jan Vermeiren, including during the 2017 World Championship in Lanaken and the 2018 Belgian Championship in Gesves. Since 2019, Olivier Philippaerts has been writing a sequel to the success story of Le Blue Diamond. This year there was, among other performances, the victory in a 1m55 class in Valkenswaard (5*, GCT/GCL) and, as icing on the cake, the bronze medal during the most recent European Championship in Riesenbeck.
Vive d’Amour is also interestingly bred on the dam’s side. Her dam, Dolce d’Amour, is a granddaughter of Heartbreaker, a stallion who passes on reflexes and a very good mentality to his offspring. This top progenitor is even double anchored in the pedigree of Vive d’Amour as her granddam Asta van de Zandput is a daughter of Orlando (by Heartbreaker). The international performer Diamond of Power also makes part to this breeding family.
