Voyco van de Eeckhoek is a colt with a strong upper line and a good forehand. He has correct legs and shows sufficient gaits.
Through his sire, the five-year-old Secret Treasure, Voyco inherited the valuable genetics of Stakkato Gold, a stallion praised for the good mentality and showjumping qualities he passes on. In partnership with Jan Sprehe, Stakkato Gold performed at international level. A large number of the stallion’s offspring are now performing at the highest level, such as Stargold (team silver at the European Championship in Riesenbeck), the World Cup showjumper Silence, Shorapur and Solid Gold.
Voyco makes part of a strong dam line. His granddam, Sunny Jo PJ, produced the approved stallion Hunters Largentio and the showjumpers Sunny and Salomon van de Hunters. Sunny Jo PJ is a full sister to Surrey (by Silvio I) who performed at 1m60 level. The full brothers Embassy I, II and III also belong to this dam line, as do Casino Royal PJ, Tornado Warning PJ and Lord Grantham.
