PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS
Thanks to Winema van het Gersthof one can buy a daughter of the young, promising stallion Gin Flip de Muze out of the BWP line of top progenitor Eldorado van de Zeshoek (12th in the WBFSH sire ranking). This year, Vicky Van de Poel completed three clear heats on three participations with the 5-year-old Gin Flip in the stallion competition and then remained double correct in the final. His granddam, Butterfly Flip, was the best showjumper in the world in 2003. She has participated in two Olympiads and four World Cup finals. She was also part of the Swedish team that won silver at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez de la Frontera.
Through her dam, Nelle-Artoi van het Zellehof, Winema belongs to the BWP line 59. This is the line of numerous outstanding showjumpers, including Bijou Orai (5*, Simon Delestre), Quethup de la Roque (5*, Christopher Surbey), Eldorado van de Zeshoek (5*, Willem Greve), GL Events Dorai d’Aiguilly (5*, Olivier Perreau), Valencia (5*, Caitlin Ziegler) and Jack van het Dennehof (5*, Kamal Abdullah Bahamdan). The brand-new champion of the BWP stallion selection, Talifax van ’t Roth, is also part of this successful, well-bred BWP performance line.
Winema van het Gersthof is a young foal with a beautiful appearance, good muscling and correct conformation of the legs. In her movements she shows a lot of space, impulsion and equilibrium. She canters with a lot of balance and can change easily.
